We used 360 inspections for our first home and I could not be happier. As first time homeowners it was really important to us to understand what potential issues we would need to keep an eye out for and what we were getting ourselves into. The inspection was thorough, and we were walked through things that needed to be fixed immediately, things that we should keep an eye on, and things we may have come up in the future in addition to our detailed report. Our inspector was so kind and answered all of my (probably very dumb) questions without any judgement. They also left us a nifty guidebook on common issues and how to repair them which started seeing use pretty much as soon as we moved in. It was very affordable and I highly recommend to anyone!
