Owner / Certified Inspector
Dustin “Dusty” is the founder of 360 Inspections and a certified InterNACHI inspector. He is also a real estate investor and former electrician who can fix just about anything so he is a great resource for buyers, sellers, investors, and agents.
Dustin enjoys any time he can get with family, friends and the bulldogs, Bella and Chief. He plays hockey when he can, flips houses and is always working on some kind of project.
Michelle Etherton
Office Manager / Marketing
Michelle is Dustin’s other half in life and in business. She is a licensed real estate agent and flips houses so she understands how to make life easier for all our clients. She manages the business, marketing, and billing for 360 Inspections.
Michelle and Dustin are always on the go, but love time with family and friends (and the bulldogs). She loves design, coffee, breweries and exploring cool places around KC.
